Addenda

Property held in undivided co-ownership (50%) in the Swiss Chalet style on the mountainside located very close to downtown Mont-Tremblant.

The undivided part for sale is the top one (266).

The other co-owner is a single mother who lives in the lower unit (268) with her teenager. She is very nice and does not want to acquire the other 50%.

A simple joint ownership agreement was made by Me Alexandra Côté which must be signed by any new buyer.

The costs (snow removal, taxes, insurance, follow-up services for the ecoflow system, maintenance, ect, are separated half and half.

Each unit has its electric meter and each is responsible for its Hydro Quebec bill. The 2 water heaters are rented from Hydro Solution and are billed separately, every 2 months.

Real estate fascinated me from an early age. At 21, I obtained my real estate agent's license and at 24, I became a broker and agency manager, making me one of the youngest broker-managers in Quebec. I was working at the same time in an insurance and financial services company where I became vice-president of marketing. I have always followed a continuing education in administration and real estate, obtaining a BAC in business administration (b.a.a.) from UQAM and the F.R.I. of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. I got involved in our real estate board as director and in our community as director of the St-Jovite tourist office, to then become founding president of the Mont-Tremblant Tourist Office. Not having enough work to do, I also acted as project manager for several constructions, which brought me a solid experience in construction and also helped several real estate developers in their developments.

In addition to assisting the agency's brokers in their duties, I take my clients' real estate needs to heart in order to make their transaction as pleasant as possible and facilitate each of its steps.

My frankness and my transparency have always been my best trademark.

You can contact me without obligation and in complete confidentiality.

For your real estate projects, give me your challenges and I will be happy to take them up.

Advising you is my job.
